If you invest in an investment fund , you may be granted a Golden Visa for 10 years a sponsor , and submission of a letter from an investment fund accredited in the UAE stating that the investor hS a deposit of AED two million, or submission of a valid commercial licence or industrial licence and a memorandum of association  stating that the investor's capital os not less than AED two million

Submission of a letter from Federal Tax Authority stating that the investor pays the government no less than AE  250000 annually.


Own the invested capital completely ; it must not be a loan and provide proof of medical insurance for himself and his family.

If you own a property or a group of properties , you may be granted a Golden visa for a period of 5 years, renewable on the same condition and with out a sponsor subject to the

Provision of a letter from the land department of the respective emirate starting that he owns one more properties whose value is not less than 2 million dirhams.

If you Re an entrepreneur , you may get. Golden visa for 5 years if you own an economic project of a technical or future nature based on risk and innovation . In addition , you must have an approval letter from each of the following 

Govt Authorises that the project value is not less than 500000 dirhams

RBI REPO may expected to cut again, big relief for home loan

 The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) is preparing to cut interest rates once again. This news will bring great relief to crores of people who have taken loans. This year RBI has already reduced the repo rate twice 25 basis points in February.  And against 25 basis points in April. Due to this , the repo rate which was 6.5% at the begining of the year has now come down to 6% .  If the central bank cuts it by 25 basis points once against in june , it will come down to 5.75% , which can reduce your EMI even further. According to Economist and treasury heads of banks, a large number of experts believe that RBI may announce a cut of 0.25% i.e 25 basis points in the repo rate on june 6. This cut will directly affect the interest rates of your loan, which will reduce the burden of EMI. The conclave  is expected to commence between May 5 to May 10 adhering to the tradition of begging within 15 to 20 days after the papal seats becomes vacant.
