at a high level meeting of department of bio technology union minster dr jitendra sing announced the creation of regional BIRAC centres(Bio technology Industry research assistant centres) across india ,in collobaration qith states to accelarate startups and bio manfaturing ,and thouse harness the bio tech potential different parts of the country. Mr sing stresssed that the triparty arrangment a synergy between reaserch and infrastrcture , and industrial R & D is the way forward to India's bio sector.he directed the department to prioritize setting up core R & D fecilities euuipped with state of art bio manfacturing capabilities to feciliate pilot validation, upscaling and commerilization of proming bio tech innovations. the misnister underscored the significance of regenerative technologies, directing the department to prioritize their promotion within India's bio manfacturing landscape. he urged officials to partner with industry leaders to replicate the sucsess of India's apace sector in bio tech.

RBI REPO may expected to cut again, big relief for home loan

 The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) is preparing to cut interest rates once again. This news will bring great relief to crores of people who have taken loans. This year RBI has already reduced the repo rate twice 25 basis points in February.  And against 25 basis points in April. Due to this , the repo rate which was 6.5% at the begining of the year has now come down to 6% .  If the central bank cuts it by 25 basis points once against in june , it will come down to 5.75% , which can reduce your EMI even further. According to Economist and treasury heads of banks, a large number of experts believe that RBI may announce a cut of 0.25% i.e 25 basis points in the repo rate on june 6. This cut will directly affect the interest rates of your loan, which will reduce the burden of EMI.  Following the death of pope francis on april 21 2025, at the age of 88, the catholic church preparing for conclave to elect his successor. The conclave  is expected to commence between May 5 to May 10 adhering to the tradition of begging within 15 to 20 days after the papal seats becomes vacant.
